✅ Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Rudraksha beads and gemstones
Herbal and wellness products
Opened or used yoga mats
Custom or personalized orders

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items.
If you wish to exchange a product (size or variant), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
